Introduction

Quercetin Powder is a flavonol compound that is widely distributed in the plant kingdom and has multiple biological activities. It mainly comes from plants such as acerola, tea, red onion, raspberry, and lingonberry.
Pure Quercetin Powder is widely present in the stem bark, flower, leaf, bud, seed, and fruit of many plants, mostly in the form of glycosides, such as rutin, quercetin, hypericin, etc. Quercetin can be obtained by acid hydrolysis cortex. Among them, the content is higher in the stems and leaves of buckwheat, sea buckthorn, hawthorn and onion. Quercetin is also found in many foods, such as onions, shallots, asparagus, cabbage, mustard greens, green peppers, endive, grapefruit, lettuce, hawthorn, apples, mangoes, plums, radishes, blackcurrants, potatoes, and spinach.
